| I have always been one to shy away from technology. All that technical terminology is very intimidating to me. I was recently given a computer that needed to be fixed in a lot of ways. After weeks of what seemed like a futile and frustrating experience trying to get operational through whatever source might be able to help, Jennifer dropped in.
